Job Description
As a Responsible Coordinator for personal assistance, you will work with a focus on the customer.
You are responsible for the overall management of our customers' personal assistance. You enable our customers to live their lives according to their wishes and conditions while ensuring that your assistance assignments maintain good quality.
You collaborate both internally and externally with municipalities, insurance agencies, trade unions, guardians, etc.
In this role, it is important that you have clear communication, are unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You are service-minded and can easily prioritize among varying tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Customer relations
- Quality work and documentation
- Finance and Budget
- Accounting
- Staffing and recruitment
- Personnel responsibility for your customers' assistants
- Work environment
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in personal assistance.
You should have knowledge and a good understanding of LSS and assistance compensation.
You should have experience from a supervisory position within personal assistance.
To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working closely with customers and employees. You should be able to communicate easily, create collaborative relationships, dialogue, and consensus. You should be attentive and solution-oriented and have a good ability to structure.
As a person, you are secure, engaged, and have a positive attitude.

More about the position:
The position is full-time.
Work outside of office hours may occur.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
