As an employee of the 314th Air Base Security Company, you will serve at the 31st Air Base Battalion, the largest unit of the Helicopter Wing, and become an important part of Sweden's defense. About the 314th Air Base Security Company

The 314th Air Base Security Company consists of company management, two continuously employed and one temporarily employed air base security platoon, a sensor platoon, and a dog unit. The main task of the company is to detect, locate, identify, and counter security threats against the air combat forces. The Air Base Security Company is part of the 31st Air Base Battalion, whose main tasks are the operation of Air Base Malmen, operation of mobile air bases, and basic training of conscripts.

Main Responsibilities

As a quartermaster, you hold a key position within the company and are responsible for logistics, resource management, and administrative coordination. You are part of the company management and ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies are available and used optimally. Common tasks include:

• Responsible for the company's logistics and supply.
• Plan and follow up on material and resource needs.
• Coordinate transport, storage, and equipment.
• Handle orders and follow up on materials.
• Support managers in planning activities.
• Contribute to good order, structure, and efficient resource use.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Driver's license B
• Approved specialist officer training
• Meets the Swedish Armed Forces' physical requirements (FM FysS)

Meritorious

• Experience and competence in PRIO and SAP
• Military driver's licenses
• Experience in logistics within the Armed Forces
• Experience in the position of Quartermaster
• Experience from security units

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are meticulous and reliable. You have a high work capacity and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You have good initiative and can motivate and develop staff. You are also empathetic, enjoy working in a team, and strive to develop together with others.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The Armed Forces' Helicopter Wing is a unit with both land and sea operational orientation that can operate in missions in Sweden and internationally.

Helicopter support is requested by many. For example, for personnel, material, or medical transport, command, reconnaissance, or surveillance missions. The Helicopter Wing often participates in missions and exercises with other units but also as support to society in various crisis situations.

Our operations span across Sweden, the breadth of tasks, and the size of the wing with over 950 employees provide a variety of work and opportunities for personal development.
