About the Unit

The Intelligence and Security Department (A2) of the Wing Staff is tasked with planning, leading, and developing intelligence and security services at the Helicopter Wing.

Main Responsibilities

As a staff soldier focused on intelligence and security service, you will primarily:

• Be responsible for the structured processing in intelligence and security service.
• Support the intelligence chief with analysis, processing, and dissemination of intelligence information.
• Assist the intelligence chief in collaborating and coordinating the function with relevant actors, both internally and externally.
• Support with overall staff work.

Qualifications

• Completed Swedish military service, GMU, or equivalent Swedish military basic training with a passing result.
• Very good computer skills and experience with Office.
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (manual transmission).
• Approved according to FM Fyss.

Meritorious

• Group leader training.
• Current and relevant training in staff service.
• Current and relevant training and knowledge in intelligence and security service.
• Experience handling classified information.

Employment rate: Full-time, scheduled working hours.
Work location: Linköping, travel may occur in the position.
Start date: By agreement.
Employment form: Employment is based on the Armed Forces' collective agreement for the employment of group leaders, soldiers, and sailors (GSS/K). This may involve a 6-month probationary period and thereafter employment for up to 8 years with the possibility of extension for 4 years.
