About the Position:
We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of the change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in teams, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge throughout the team. You should have experience in documentation and a passion for coaching participants striving to reach education or employment.
We would like you to have academic qualifications equivalent to:
Option 1:
- One year of post-secondary education.
- At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as personnel management with responsibility, recruitment, restructuring work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration), working with labor and labor market issues, and working with social and group psychology.
Option 2:
- Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a vocational college.
- At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working hours correspond to full-time over two years.
It is an advantage if you are multilingual, and you should master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
Information:
We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. The position is full-time and the workplace is located in Skärholmen.
