Communicator with a focus on digital channels

The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority works proactively and preventively to protect people and the environment from unwanted effects of radiation. Our approximately 400 employees have deep and broad knowledge in radiation protection and nuclear safety. The authority actively works with information security, safety culture, and civil defense. The authority has offices in Solna, Gothenburg, and Katrineholm.
Societally important tasks
We offer you a job where you will:
- manage and further develop content in the authority's digital channels
- project lead the ongoing development of the authority's digital channels
- identify, plan, and implement larger communication activities and events
Travel in the job may occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in communication or equivalent education that the authority assesses as equivalent
- at least seven years of experience in qualified communication work focusing on web publishing
- experience in cross-functional communication work
- experience leading and implementing web and communication projects
- experience working with web analysis
- worked with external communication in public administration
- published in Optimizely (Episerver), Sitevision, or similar publishing tools
- excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience in communication work related to business development
- experience in web projects with both internal and external focus

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and takes responsibility for driving their processes forward. You have excellent collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. You are creative and come up with ideas and suggestions for new approaches to various work-related issues. Additionally, you are flexible and can easily adapt when circumstances change, which helps you navigate in a dynamic and changing work environment.

Employment conditions
The employment is a fixed-term position of about 6 months full-time, starting by agreement.
Some of our tasks are classified, which means that a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is also required.
You may be part of the authority's crisis organization and may also be assigned to a war position at the authority.
