We are now looking for two Partner Managers in Stockholm, focusing on our parcel organization. The role is suitable for you who want to take the next step and take on greater operational responsibility in an environment where relationships and collaboration are at the center.

You, us, and the job

As a Partner Manager, you will belong to our business area Parcel and the part responsible for our agents and parcel boxes. In this role, you will work to create and develop our portfolio of partners through close and operational collaboration that strengthens our network and improves the experience for our recipients. Our mission is to develop world-class partnerships to create the best customer experience and make everyday life easier for our recipients.

You will work in a driven team spread across Sweden, and travel is required for the position. The location is Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of continuing to build and develop our network of agents and boxes and who enjoys being out in the field, following up on collaborations, and ensuring that we have the right partners across the country.

What you will do

• Build good and long-term relationships with our partners to strengthen PostNord's offering in the market
• Strategically identify and approach new partners
• Manage and sign agreements with new and existing partners
• Independently plan, develop, and follow up our portfolio of partners
• Coordinate activities e.g. implementation of new partners
• Maintain close contact with colleagues to understand needs and develop collaboration related to our partners
• Be responsible for developing and following up existing partners

What you bring with you

• Higher education in areas such as economics, management, communication, or equivalent is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in a customer-facing and operational role where you have built and developed relationships – preferably within partnerships, project management, service, or e-commerce
• Highly advantageous with experience from retail, such as store operations, store collaborations, chain concepts, or customer-facing work
• Great advantage if you have knowledge and experience regarding e-commerce and solutions for “last mile”
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel
• Driving license B
