We are now looking for a part-time researcher. We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys interacting with people, and likes to have many things going on at the same time!

Depending on who you are, you will receive a tailored introduction. In this role, you will work closely with a senior recruitment consultant.

ABOUT THE ROLE OF RESEARCHER

Our clients are some of Sweden's most well-known companies with some digital or technical connection. Since we often work with complex profiles, it is important that you enjoy challenges, think creatively, and thrive in a role with many social contacts.

As a researcher, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from start to finish. You will be present from the beginning in client meetings to gain a solid understanding of the assignment, the employer, and the role.

Your task will then be to conduct mapping, search, and be responsible for the first contact with potential candidates.

With us, you will learn the craft of recruitment from the ground up while also learning about both the IT industry and the business world.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has experience in some form of customer contact from a previous job. You are likely studying at university and looking for a part-time job about 2 days a week.

We place great importance on personal qualities. The most important thing is that you are driven and want to grow in your role. You work with high energy, find solutions to problems, and contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit.

In the job, you will constantly need to familiarize yourself with new positions, so you need to be curious and interested in understanding businesses and organizations and diving into new areas.
