In Sweden, we opened our first store in 2013 and currently have a total of 31 stores of Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Falconeri. You can find us in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Helsingborg, and Jönköping. The headquarters is located in Stockholm, where the role will also be based and conducted from. E-commerce is evolving rapidly, and we are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who wants to join our team and help further develop our digital presence in the Nordic markets. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in building, improving, and fine-tuning the digital interaction that defines our brands as a whole.

This is an impactful role that gives you the opportunity to drive growth and contribute to our success for our three brands in Sweden. You will focus on developing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and ensuring seamless online shopping experiences. The role offers a balance between independent work and close collaboration with the team and company management to achieve our growth goals.

As an E-Commerce Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the monthly commercial calendar in accordance with strategy and timelines, including newsletters, website updates, and CRM activities together with the E-Commerce Manager
  • Taking shared responsibility for our brands' commercial plans, including analyzing results, conducting regular checks of website functionality and design, and managing related projects
  • Translating website updates, newsletters, and SEO content from English to Swedish
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Managers and Communication & Image, at both the Italian and Swedish headquarters to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination
  • Regularly creating and delivering weekly and monthly performance reports for the website. These reports track key metrics (such as sales mix, website traffic, user engagement, and conversions)
  • Actively suggesting and implementing improvements to optimize the website and services

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of E-Commerce Specialist at Calzedonia Sweden, we are looking for someone who is driven and open-minded, as you will be in a fast-growing environment. We also hope that you are self-driven while being a team player with a strong drive for both your own and Calzedonia Sweden's progress.

Previous experience in retail within an international organization is seen as an advantage. The role is part of our ongoing Nordic development phase, making language skills beyond Swedish and English an asset.

Additionally, you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Language skills in Danish or Norwegian are advantageous, as the role is part of our ongoing development phase in the Nordics
  • Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Analytics, and Power Pivot
  • Experience with systems such as Jira, Coremedia, and Salesforce is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a good capacity to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

The position is a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
