We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for our client Plantvision, who wants to take full responsibility for recruitment in their knowledge-intensive consulting business.
This is a pure in-house role where you work operationally, closely with the business, and in close collaboration with the organization's managers.
At Plantvision, you will have a clear role and become a key person in the organization's continued competence supply. You will work closely with the business, influence how recruitment is conducted, and contribute to building long-term relationships – both internally and externally.
The position is based at Plantvision's office in Kista and reports to the HR manager.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment process end-to-end for Plantvision's consulting and specialist roles. You will be the one who keeps the recruitment delivery together, from requirements analysis and search to hiring, and act as a trusted and advisory partner to hiring managers.
The role has a clear hands-on focus on search and headhunting and suits you who enjoy identifying, attracting, and building relationships with sought-after skills.
You operate in an environment where quality, long-term thinking, and business understanding are central, and where recruitment is a strategic part of the business.
Your responsibilities
You will among other things:
Own and drive the entire recruitment process from requirements analysis to hiring
Work actively and independently with search and headhunting
Keep the recruitment process together in close dialogue with hiring managers
Ensure quality in selection, interviews, tests, and assessments
Create and maintain a professional and quality-assured candidate experience
Work structured in ATS (Teamtailor) and follow up recruitment flows
Build and manage long-term talent pipelines within Plantvision's areas of expertise
Act as an advisory expert and sounding board for managers and stakeholders
Design and publish job ads and contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing
Create, follow up, and report on recruitment-related KPIs
Contribute to the development of TA processes, working methods, and methods
Your background
We are looking for someone with documented experience in Talent Acquisition in an in-house role and who is used to working with operational deliveries while taking full responsibility for recruitment delivery.
You have:
Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition in-house
Strong and documented experience in search and headhunting
Experience working structured in ATS and following established recruitment processes
Good understanding of business, consulting, and competence-driven organizations
Experience working closely with managers and senior stakeholders
Ability to drive multiple parallel recruitments independently
Experience in recruitment marketing, advertising, and employer branding
Commercial thinking and good ability to present and sell both roles and employers
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role, you are independent and structured and take full responsibility for your assignment. You build trusting relationships in a professional and clear manner and feel comfortable in dialogue with both candidates and managers at various levels.
You have a business-oriented and solution-focused approach, are curious, and focused on moving forward. In your expert role, you are comfortable giving advice, coaching, and challenging managers to ensure the right decisions and high quality in recruitment.
You work long-term and quality-driven, with a focus on sustainable recruitment and good collaborations over time.
Meritorious
Experience from consulting or specialist companies, preferably within Tech, MedTech, or Life Science
Experience with testing tools, preferably TQ
