Do you want to work in a key role where recruitment truly makes a difference?
We are looking for an HR Coordinator with recruitment responsibility who is passionate about finding the right people for the right place – and who understands that successful recruitment is built on structure, relationships, and business understanding.
In this role, you will be the hub of our talent acquisition. You will drive recruitment processes from start to finish, collaborate closely with managers and candidates, and ensure that every recruitment is characterized by quality, professionalism, and a positive experience. At the same time, you will contribute broadly within HR and help develop our processes and working methods.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and developing requirement profiles to advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks. You will work closely with managers to understand the business needs and ensure accurate and sustainable recruitments. An important part of the job is to use, develop, and quality assure effective recruitment channels, tools, and assessment methods, while ensuring a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
You will also be responsible for onboarding and introducing new employees and conducting onboarding programs that provide a safe, structured, and engaging start in the organization. Through this, you contribute to rapid integration, increased engagement, and a strong sense of belonging.
Furthermore, you will act as a qualified support and sounding board for managers in recruitment issues and related HR processes such as labor law matters. You will handle questions related to employment and labor law and provide advice that creates clarity and quality in decision-making.
In addition, HR administration and development work are included in the role. You will maintain and further develop personnel and recruitment systems and participate in and drive HR projects related to talent acquisition, structure, process development, and employer branding.

Through a structured and careful approach, you have a stable overview of workflows, details, and deadlines. You are initiative-taking and proactive, see improvement opportunities, and take responsibility for driving them forward. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and flexible to find ways forward even when circumstances change.
Qualifications and Experience
Higher education in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent.
At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
Good experience with recruitment tools and structured selection methods.
Experience with onboarding and introduction processes is an advantage.
Good knowledge of labor law and employment administration.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
