Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with over 400 clubs and a number of padel facilities across the country. We are now looking for sales-oriented receptionists for our clubs in Stockholm. Are you a service-oriented person with drive and commitment? Do you want to be part of a growing organization where you can make a difference for our members every day? Then this could be the job for you.

✔ Full-time/Part-time at one of our facilities ✔ In our substitute pool, where you work at several different clubs ✔ Extra in the evenings and weekends as a part-time employee

As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where our members feel at home. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming our members in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner

• Ensuring that the club is always clean, tidy, and inviting

• Driving sales of memberships and products

• Creating a family-like and positive atmosphere

The work is varied and fast-paced, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and self-driven. No day is the same, and you will play an important role in delivering a world-class training experience.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Is 18 years or older ✔ Has a natural drive and loves to meet people ✔ Is flexible and can work both daytime, evenings, and weekends ✔ Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously ✔ Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done

Previous experience in service, sales, or reception is an advantage, but not a requirement – we are looking for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to develop.
