ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is seeking a Recruitment Assistant on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week distributed during weekdays, starting immediately and lasting until April with a chance for extension.
This is a perfect opportunity for you who want to work practically with recruitment alongside your studies and gain valuable and rewarding experience in HR and recruitment within a larger organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Recruitment Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support in the recruitment process for the company's internal graduate program, with a particular focus on candidate management and selection. You will work closely with the project manager for the trainee program and hiring managers, and have a central role in the initial stages of the process – from application to booked interview. You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for selection processes and CV screening
- Send out, review, and assess test results
- Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers
- Familiarize yourself with and work with recruitment tools and systems
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level, preferably in human resources, behavioral science, social work, or equivalent
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
- Has good data and system skills

Our Recruitment Process
We apply continuous selection and will take down the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stages of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. We do not use a cover letter as a selection method, so it does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring that your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
