About the assignment

As a communicator, you translate the organization's needs into clear, coordinated, and strategically anchored communication. The assignment is both strategic and operational and covers our prioritized areas:

• internal communication
• external communication
• press and media contacts
• research communication
• crisis and change communication

You will be part of the communications department responsible for both communication and marketing. During the temporary position, you will contribute to continuity, quality, and development in ongoing and new assignments. The role combines advisory, coordination, and self-produced work in close collaboration with managers and operations.

Job responsibilities

Plan and coordinate

• Lead and drive editorial and content planning.
• Ensure a cohesive internal and external communication.

Produce and package content

• Develop content for internal communication and change work.
• Write and distribute press releases and manage press contacts.
• Produce research communication and explain complex issues in an accessible way.
• Create texts for the web and intranet.

Advisory and support

• Provide advisory support to managers in communication and messaging issues.

Crisis and environmental work

• Contribute to crisis communication, media monitoring, and environmental analysis as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in communication or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified communication work in both internal and external communication.
• Documented experience in press work and media contacts.
• Experience in handling complex issues and audience-adapted communication.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.

Meritorious: experience in public operations, research communication, web accessibility, and work in CMS Optimizely.

Personal qualities

You are analytical, structured, and confident in your professional role. You have good judgment, a developed news sense, and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues. You thrive in collaboration, work closely with operations, and are used to taking responsibility and making your own decisions.

Employment
