Your new role

We are looking for a skilled technical administrator who can transform complex information into clear and accessible text, images, and video material – and who enjoys being the hub of communication between projects, managers, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be a central resource in our client's investment projects. You will help make the opportunities, efforts, and results of the projects visible and clear to all involved. Your work creates structure, promotes dialogue, and ensures that important information reaches the right person at the right time. Here, you will work both strategically and operationally, with tasks ranging from taking meeting minutes to compiling complex information in a way that everyone can understand.

Your main responsibilities

  • Participate in and take minutes at meetings

  • Coordinate and review contracts

  • Handle requests for public documents from external parties

  • Gather, process, and present complex information in an understandable and user-friendly format, both in writing, visually, and in video material

  • Support project management and managers with information efforts based on the project's needs and ambitions

  • Collaborate with internal communication units

Assignment scope: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: The assignment currently allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Days and times for this are determined based on the needs of the organization and the client's approval. Start: By agreement. End: 2031-12-31, with the possibility of extending the contract period by an additional 1+1+1+1+1 years. To be successful in this role, you need

  • Post-secondary education in Information Management, Project Administration, Technical Documentation, or similar, or equivalent professional experience of at least 5 years.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of technical administrator or equivalent from similar organizations such as public transport, technology, automotive, IT, etc.

  • At least 3 years of experience in collecting and compiling complex information and producing content for text, images, and video material for internal and external channels.

  • At least 3 years of documented experience in producing technical information with high linguistic precision and experience in transforming complex technical texts and expert reasoning into understandable/accessibly written text in user-friendly Swedish.

  • At least 3 years of experience writing for different target groups (experts, general public, mixed audiences) by adapting language, structure, and tone to plain language or simple Swedish, without losing content accuracy.

  • At least 3 years of experience leading and taking minutes at meetings in larger project or line organizations.

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting project management and managers with analyses, summaries, and information support.

  • Preferred: At least 2 years of documented experience from public sector work.
