Do you want to work at the heart of one of Sweden's largest infrastructure projects? We are now looking for an experienced technical administrator who wants to contribute to the development of future public transport in a complex, community-supporting environment where structure, quality, and communication are crucial.

This is a long-term assignment within the public sector with a clear impact on society's infrastructure.

You will be a central part of a project organization driving large investment projects within rail traffic. The role is both strategic and operational – you will serve as the hub for information, documentation, and coordination.

You will work closely with project management, technical specialists, and communication functions, ensuring that complex information is clear, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.

• Participate in and document meetings in larger project organizations

• Coordinate, structure, and ensure the quality of project information

• Read and manage contracts and support administrative processes

• Handle and drive matters related to public documents

• Collect and compile complex technical information

• Produce and adapt content for internal and external channels (text, images, and simpler video material)

• Support project management and managers with analyses, decision-making materials, and summaries

• Collaborate with the communication function

✔ At least 5 years of experience or education in information management, project administration, or technical documentation

✔ At least 3 years of experience as a technical administrator or similar role within a technology-intensive business (e.g., infrastructure, transport, IT, or industry)

✔ Documented experience in transforming complex technical information into clear and user-friendly Swedish

✔ Experience writing for different target groups – from experts to the general public – with high linguistic precision

✔ Experience producing content for multiple channels

✔ Experience supporting project management with analyses and information materials

✔ Experience leading and documenting meetings in larger organizations

✔ You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

✔ Desirable: Experience from public sector work
