About the Sales Coordinator position
In the role of Sales Coordinator at Norvida, you will become a key function in the sales organization and the Retail business area, aimed at developing and growing Norvida's business! The role is both operational and strategic – you are a central link between sales, production, and purchasing and contribute to efficient processes, clear responsibilities, and effective forecasting.

Your tasks include order tracking, ensuring delivery reliability, customer registration, and daily administration. In addition, you will be responsible for a smaller customer portfolio, follow up on logistics flows, and set requirements against the market to ensure high quality.

You will also become a superuser and a central person in the CRM system Genero and be responsible for ensuring that the system is used effectively, with updated customer data, price lists, and master data. By translating goals and KPIs into concrete activities, you support the sales team and free up time for sales and development.

The position is a consulting assignment via Needo until the end of the year, based at Norvida's office in Nacka.

Your main tasks:

  • Be a key function in the sales organization and the Retail business area with the aim of developing and growing Norvida's business!
  • Act as a central link between sales, production, and purchasing, drive forecasting processes, and ensure clear responsibilities.
  • Provide sales support through order tracking, ensuring delivery reliability, customer registration, and daily administration, as well as being responsible for a smaller customer portfolio.
  • Follow up on logistics flows and have contact/requirements with the market to optimize quality and delivery.
  • Ensure that the CRM system Genero is used effectively, with updated customer data, price lists, and master data, as well as translating goals and KPIs into concrete activities for the sales team.


About you
To succeed in the role of Sales Coordinator, you have completed upper secondary education, and post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an advantage. You have previous work experience in customer-facing and coordinating roles, likely as an Inside Sales Representative, Coordinator, Customer Support, and/or roles that can be deemed equivalent. Experience with CRM or business systems is highly meritorious, and we would like you to be curious about developing both systems and working methods going forward. If you also have experience in the food industry, this is also strongly meritorious. Furthermore, you possess good system skills and have fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are driven and proactive, motivated by roles where you can take ownership and responsibility. You are a team player who is skilled at building relationships both internally and externally with customers and suppliers. Furthermore, you have a structured approach where you can prioritize and be proactive among your tasks.

Important for the position is:

  • A few years of work experience in customer-facing and coordinating roles, likely as an Inside Sales Representative, Coordinator, Customer Support, and/or roles that can be deemed equivalent.
  • That you are proactive, responsible, and possess the ability to create good relationships both internally and externally.
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
  • Very good system skills, where experience with CRM systems, preferably within Genero, is considered meritorious.


Meritorious: 

  • Previous work experience from the food industry.
  • Post-secondary education in sales, business development, or similar training that can be deemed equivalent.
