We are now looking for a teacher qualified to teach textile crafts and another subject.

Your Responsibilities

The position involves working as a teacher for grades 3-6 in combination with another subject if applicable.

We work hard for broad goal fulfillment and an inclusive approach towards all children. You should be structured and set frameworks for students' learning. You are also expected to be able to look beyond and live up to the inclusive approach we have at the school, where we meet and take responsibility for the well-being of all children. In your teaching, you use formative assessment and place great importance on adapting your teaching to the different needs of all students.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with a teaching license qualified to teach textile crafts for grades 3-6. You have also previously worked with students in need of support and have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

Relational work is central. It is important that you have a relational perspective. In relational learning, we create environments and teaching where students feel seen, and we develop individual adaptations and have positive expectations of the student. It is important in the role of a teacher that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and adolescents absorb knowledge and the various conditions for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization.

To contribute to the good work at the school, it is important that you are solution-oriented and willing to develop, as only we set the limits for what we are and what we can become.
