JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Ljungnässkolan, we work in teams, and you will collaborate with different categories of teachers. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the educational work for the students in the after-school program and in school.

Collaboration between school and after-school is important to us. Our mission is to ensure that we meet the students' needs together and work based on them.

As a teacher in the after-school program, you will work with children of various ages, from 6-year-olds experiencing the school world for the first time to 12-year-olds transitioning into adolescence.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified teacher with a focus on after-school programs or a leisure educator, preferably with a focus on music, art, home economics, or sports and health.

You have a clear pedagogical insight and the ability to translate the curriculum's goals into your work.

You are a present and collaborative educator who challenges and stimulates students to develop.

You easily create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

You have a strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development.
