Studio Nostri runs a daily activity focused on music and creativity for individuals in group 1 LSS and also accepts participants according to SOL through the municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee at Studio Nostri's daily activities, you will work with the usual tasks for a daily operation. This includes being involved in the planning and implementation of daily work. You see quality monitoring and evaluation as a natural and important part of being an employee. You create and maintain good contacts with participants, relatives, and clients. As a supervisor, you are also a natural part of the musical environment and participate with your musical abilities.

Who are we looking for?

Our drummer will be on leave for a year, and we are now looking for you;

Since the position is a temporary one, we are open to candidates with backgrounds other than nursing assistants, but having a nursing assistant education is an advantage. You should also have an aesthetic and/or musical interest and knowledge; a requirement is that you can play drums. Personal suitability is of utmost importance. Therefore, we want you to be cheerful and positive, contributing energy and a positive attitude. You are a good colleague and know what is expected of you towards the participants in the activities. To thrive with us, you should have a genuine interest in working with people, be attentive to others' needs, and possess good service skills and teamwork abilities.

Employment Conditions

The position is a temporary contract for 1 year. A criminal record check will be requested before any employment. The employment starts on March 9, 2026.
