RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher/recreation pedagogue in the municipality's joint special education group (KSU), you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching. The role includes close contact with guardians and other partners to meet the individual needs of the student. In your work, you have access to work teams and student health at the school. Continuous guidance from central student health is included as support in the role. At the start, all staff receive basic training, and thereafter continuous professional development is provided tailored to the needs of the groups. There is ongoing collaboration between the municipality's joint special education groups to constantly develop the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with subject qualifications in physical education and health for grades 4-9/educated recreation pedagogue. As a person, you are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations. You take responsibility for tasks and can organize and prioritize them. You easily adapt to changing circumstances. You can and want to work with other people and see teamwork as a given. You are calm, attentive, and perceptive in your interactions and have the ability to see and value differences. You can create participation and consensus around the activities. As a colleague, you bring enthusiasm, energy, and joy to the work. You have the ability to see the organization and the student from a holistic perspective.
