JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute at our preschools in Torsås Municipality. Being a substitute means that you replace regular staff during their absence. We also run evening and weekend activities, which means we have children in the evenings and on weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained preschool teacher or have other relevant education and are a good pedagogical leader. You should have experience working with children, be well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents, have a positive attitude towards teamwork, and be flexible in thought and action as well as open to new working methods. We are looking for a creative and responsible person who finds it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and parents, as well as management, and has good communication skills and experience working with children in preschool. Good collaboration and initiative skills are essential. Knowledge and experience in working with children with special needs is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license (B) is required. Experience is desirable and advantageous. You will need a criminal record extract before you can start working with us.
