We are looking for substitutes who want to work with providing services to several of our clients. Similar to home care services, you will drive to clients to assist with double staffing. During a workday, multiple services are provided to each client, and in between, there are a couple of breaks for lunch, for example. The clients are located in Kalmar and Öland and require assistance at all hours of the day.

We are looking for substitutes for both day and night shifts.

Your background and personal qualities:

We prefer that you have previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care. You enjoy working with people and have an empathetic ability. You are used to working alone, so it is important to be able to take your own initiative and have some creativity. You need to be self-assured, have an inner calm, and a lot of patience to interpret and read the client's signs and signals. Personal suitability is highly valued.

It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You must not have any pet allergies as there are pets in some of the homes.

A driver's license for a manual transmission is required as you will be driving between services.
