As a Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant, you work based on each individual user. The work takes place in the user's home and is based on the user's needs and decisions from the Social Insurance Agency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job involves providing support, service, and care to the user based on an individually designed implementation plan. You also assist with leisure activities, cooking, and household chores. We work according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS).

You will meet a person who needs your commitment, flexibility, and creativity to feel good in the company of others. You will be involved in other people's lives while also being able to influence your own work to some extent. You will provide others with quality of life, good and close care, and security. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop as a person through humble encounters with others.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for personal assistants for the Oskarshamn area during the period of week 24 - 34.

Working hours are varied, and in some assistance assignments, there may be overnight shifts.

Care and nursing education and experience in personal assistance are meritorious but not a requirement. Documentation is an important part of the job, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
