We are looking for a personal assistant for a woman in Färjestaden!

For this assignment, we are seeking a female personal assistant on behalf of our client. It is an advantage to have knowledge and experience in care and transfer techniques; you should be calm and stable.

About the position:

• Part-time position of about 33%, shifts are scheduled every Tuesday (24 hours)

Who is our client?

A vibrant and cheerful woman in her 50s living in an apartment in Färjestaden. Her interests include writing, painting, crafting at home, and social activities. The woman was born with cerebral palsy and an intellectual disability. She needs support and assistance with everything in her daily life, such as transfers, care, cooking, household management, and structuring her days. A lively and cheerful woman with a trick or two up her sleeve, she is quick to tell a funny story or sing a song.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-assured and has a good ability to adapt to the situation.

• Can handle stressful moments with a calm demeanor.

• Enjoys both active and more passive environments.

• Has a sense of humor and sees the importance of spreading joy at work.

• Is skilled at guiding without being judgmental or overly controlling.
