About the client

We are now looking for personal assistants for one of our child clients – a 14-year-old autistic girl living outside Kalmar. She needs support from safe, attentive, and engaged individuals who can contribute to a stable and meaningful daily life.

About the position

We are looking for substitutes who can work days, evenings, and weekends. The work is done in double assistance together with a colleague. On weekdays, shifts are mainly in the afternoon and evening since the client attends school during the day. During weekends and holidays, day and evening shifts occur. We are a young team looking for our next star!

About you

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant with a focus on creating safety, structure, and quality of life. You will assist with both daily routines and activities, adjusting support according to the client's needs, interests, and daily condition.

Job tasks may include:

• Personal care

• Household chores

• Communication and support in social situations

• Leisure activities and daily structure

The client sometimes exhibits outwardly aggressive behavior and lacks speech, making it important that you are attentive, fearless, and skilled at reading signals. You need to be able to create safety, be present, and contribute to activating and stimulating her based on her abilities.

Desired qualities and experiences

• Empathetic and attentive, with a focus on the individual's needs

• Flexible and positive attitude towards varying workdays

• Responsible, reliable, and independent

• Experience in personal assistance or care is a plus

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Driving license B is a plus

Other

A background check will be conducted on those who proceed in the process.

Since the client is a minor, an extract from the criminal record is required.
