JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a family home secretary for the family home unit. We offer you a stimulating and responsible job together with an experienced, committed, and driven workgroup. You will be part of a unit consisting of child caseworkers, family home secretaries, recruiters, as well as a senior social worker and two unit managers. We have close management and work according to BBiC and Signs Of Safety. We cherish our good work climate and support each other in our daily work.

We are divided into three teams. One consists of recruiters and family home secretaries, and two consist of child caseworkers and a senior social worker. Child caseworkers and family home secretaries have joint treatment conferences, which fosters close collaboration with a strong focus on the triadic parenting and the child at the center. Since we work in smaller teams, there is good knowledge and support in each other's cases, and co-caseworkers are always appointed as needed.

In the role of family home secretary, you will guide, coach, and support family homes based on the needs of the placed child. You will also, to some extent, investigate new family homes together with recruiters in the unit. The work is mostly independent, and travel is part of the job. Some trips are long-distance and may require overnight stays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a knowledgeable, engaged, and action-oriented family home secretary who wants to make a difference in family home work. The role will be flexible, and you need to enjoy working both in a team and independently. As a person, you are structured and have the ability to handle complex and difficult cases. Sometimes the work can change quickly, which requires you to easily adapt to new situations. You have the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing and have a respectful way of meeting others.

A degree in social work or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent is required.

Experience working as a family home secretary or in some form of family treatment is an advantage. Previous experience with Signs of Safety and BBIC is also meritorious.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

A valid criminal record check is required for employment as a family home secretary.
