We at Norlandia Preschools are looking for you who want to work as a substitute at our preschool Glasriket in Nybro. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker

• It is a strong merit if you have previous experience working in preschool

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• You have knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to organizational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.

Employment type: substitute employment

Scope: as needed; shorter and longer substitutes.

Working hours: varying, daytime

Start date: immediate

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
