Personal Assistant Needed for 4-Year-Old Girl in Nybro

I am a soon-to-be 4-year-old girl looking for safe and dedicated personal assistants to join my assistance team at Monument Assistans, a company that provides tailored solutions based on individual needs. I live in Nybro with my mom and our cats. I have been diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), which means I need personal assistance in my daily life.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will be with me in my daily activities. Responsibilities include:

• Personal care
• Support during play, rest, and daily routines
• Assistance during meals
• Presence and safety at home and during activities outside the home
• The work is performed in a home environment and is tailored to my individual needs and circumstances.

Qualifications:

I am looking for someone who is:

• Calm, secure, and patient
• Responsive and responsible
• Reliable, engaged, and playful
• Comfortable working in a home with cats
• Has a driver's license
• Is smoke-free

Experience as a personal assistant, or with children and/or disabilities, is a plus but not a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued. The girl takes medication that lowers her immune system, so it is particularly important that the hired person understands that they cannot come to work if they show symptoms of, for example, the flu.

Employment Conditions

Working hours vary and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a schedule. The degree of employment can be discussed, but we are looking for someone who can work approximately 10–20 hours/week.

Other

Family members of the client will be involved in the recruitment process and will read applications. A background check is required to work with children. This must be presented before employment. Introduction, support, and guidance will be provided by Monument Assistans.
