We are looking for an organized and flexible female personal assistant for a 33-year-old woman in central Emmaboda. She has limited mobility and needs support in her daily life, while clearly expressing how she wants help. She is active and curious, enjoys the gym, walks, music, as well as makeup and hair care – and it is a plus if you share this interest.

As an assistant, you will become an important part of her everyday life – encouraging, solution-oriented, and confident in coming up with your own ideas. You will participate in planning, daily support, trips, and experiences. Mental health is central, so we are looking for someone with patience, empathy, and the ability to create safety and balance.

Experience in tactile massage is an advantage. The role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference while allowing you to use creativity and initiative.

➜ The position includes 36 hours per week, until week 16, then hourly employment as needed.

• Personal hygiene and care.

• 📊 Employment rate: 36 hours a week, 90% employment rate until week 16, then hourly employment. The position starts with an introductory shift. This setup allows you to ease into the role calmly and feel safe and well-prepared in your new job.

• 🕒 Work shifts: Includes day and evening shifts. Each shift is from 10:00 to 22:00.
