JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a support pedagogue for our service housing within LSS. With us, you will meet a competent and professional workgroup that collaborates both within the team and with other professions to create the best possible development for the individual. We work based on IBIC (individual's needs in focus), which means that the individual's needs and resources are the starting point for everything we do. Together, we shape meaningful and tailored support, where each individual is given the opportunity to participate in their own development. The goal of the operation is to offer a safe, stimulating, and high-quality living environment, where each effort is based on applicable legislation, guidelines, and above all, the individual's needs according to IBIC. In your role, you will, together with support assistants, support pedagogues, and the unit manager, plan the support for the individual through the design of implementation plans and work with social documentation. Together, we contribute to maintaining high quality in the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Higher vocational education as a support pedagogue or equivalent education with a focus on pedagogy and the area of disabilities.

Good ability to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate in a team.

Knowledge of pedagogical methods, low-arousal responses, and clarifying pedagogy.

Good knowledge of various ways to communicate, documentation, and IT support.

You are engaged, empathetic, and solution-focused. You have a low-arousal approach, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting the individual in their development.

Experience in the field combined with personal suitability is highly valued, and you hold a valid driver's license for passenger cars.
