About the client

A happy and curious ten-year-old boy living in Kalmar. He has autism and some outwardly aggressive behavior, so it is important that you are used to working in a low-affect and pedagogical manner.

About you

We are looking for a committed, secure, and attentive assistant who wants to create a safe and stimulating everyday life together with the client. You are responsible, flexible, and easy to collaborate with both the client and others in the team. Experience working with children and/or autism is an advantage.

• You are calm, patient, and respectful.

• You can communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.

• You work in a low-affect and pedagogical manner.

• A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About the position

The position is part-time with shifts scheduled for evening/night from 16:30 to 06:30 with waiting time during the night. Start date according to agreement.
