We are now looking for three leisure educators for the leisure center Yetin at Himalaya School. Join us in building our educational activities at the leisure center. During school hours, you will teach music, art, or sports, depending on your qualifications.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in the operation and be responsible for planning the educational work at the leisure center. As a leisure educator, you meet children during their free time and support their development and learning, which is also linked to their learning in school. Learning throughout the children's entire day. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments for each individual student during their stay at the leisure center.

You, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the content and work to promote each child's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a teacher in leisure centers or has a leisure educator degree. You are qualified in one or more of the following subject areas: music, art, or sports.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the operation. You have a good understanding of how children absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning. You are proactive and can initiate activities in the operation.

The positions are subject to background checks. Applicants must present an extract from the police criminal record before employment occurs.
