We are now looking for a music teacher for Ankarsrums School for grades 7-9.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating the work in the subject of Music individually and together with other educators at the school according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in mind.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching certification in Music for grades 7-9. Previous pedagogical work experience in the subject area is an advantage.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and adolescents absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the operation.
