The school in Nybro municipality aims to provide every child and student with the best conditions for success. In Nybro municipality, children, students, and guardians meet well-educated and engaged educators, teachers, principals, and staff who all strive to create a safe school environment with a focus on the quality of education. The culture aims to provide residents with good access to culture and strengthen cultural associations so they can conduct a wide range of cultural activities. The Learning and Culture Administration in Nybro municipality runs preschools, preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, school-age childcare, high schools, and municipal adult education with SFI and special education for adults. Within the administration, there is education in glass craftsmanship through the National Glass School in Pukeberg, as well as commissioned training and education within higher vocational education. The Learning and Culture Administration is also responsible for libraries, cultural schools, cultural houses with cinemas, youth center activities, and general cultural issues. The Learning and Culture Administration has over 850 employees and an annual budget of around 580 million SEK. Hanemålaskolan's after-school care is located in close proximity to nature and cultural areas. We have four after-school departments. Our after-school care collaborates with Linnaeus University and the Vi-school project to help educate the next generation of teachers in after-school care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a leisure educator, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the activities based on national goals and guidelines. You will offer children a variety of working methods and forms of expression in different learning environments. The leisure time with us should feel meaningful and be based on the children's interests and needs.

In the mornings, you will have time at school with varied tasks. In the afternoons, you will work together with a colleague in after-school care, where you will work to strengthen the development and quality of the after-school activities. We allocate time for joint planning and development issues for our entire work team.

You should be a secure, driven, and cooperative person who can combine the foundational goals with development and learning.

Since we are a partner with Linnaeus University, we would like you to take a supervisor training course and be open to receiving students.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and experience of working in after-school care.
