The Child and Education Administration in Vimmerby municipality is responsible for all educational activities, from preschool to university, and also oversees Swedish for immigrants (SFI) and civic orientation for newcomers. Our common goal is to ensure that the children and youth of Vimmerby municipality have the best conditions to meet the future and develop into creative, curious, and secure individuals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an enrichment coach, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational work. You are well-versed in the curriculum of primary school and accustomed to working goal-oriented when supporting students with special talents in their development. You have extensive knowledge of these students' needs for acceleration and deepening.

You are a good role model and follow the norms and values set by the primary school curriculum, contributing to the implementation and fulfillment of the primary school's mission with high quality. Your task is to promote each student's learning and development, as well as to create the best conditions for students, guardians, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure in the school's activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in mathematics, Swedish, and science subjects with the authority to teach grades 4-6. You need to have significant experience and knowledge about special talents, as well as about 2E. You have good knowledge of the primary school curriculum and preferably experience in the teaching profession.

As a person, you are a secure leader who creates motivation and engagement among students and colleagues. You are attentive, open, and contribute to a positive collaborative climate where problems are solved constructively. You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You are responsible and can independently plan and structure your work. At the same time, you are creative and are happy to contribute new ideas to develop the activities. In the selection process, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities and interest in the position.
