We are now looking for a teacher in after-school care/after-school educator with a license to teach Swedish as a second language.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in the organization and be responsible for planning the educational work in after-school care. As an after-school educator, you meet children during their leisure time and support their development and learning, which is also linked to learning in school. Learning throughout the children's entire day. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments for each individual student during their stay in after-school care. The role also includes serving as a resource during the school day in different grades based on needs, as well as being responsible for teaching in a special group in Swedish as a second language.

Together with your colleagues, you have a responsibility for content and the work of promoting each child's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in after-school care or an after-school educator. You have the qualifications to teach Swedish as a second language.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization.

You have a good understanding of how children acquire knowledge and the different conditions for learning. You also find it easy to take initiative and start activities in the organization.
