We are now looking for a textile crafts teacher for Åbyängskolan.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating the work according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in mind, both individually and together with other educators at the school. You will conduct your own teaching and also have close collaboration with other educators in the organization.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are an adult role model for all students at the school.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching certification in textile crafts at the primary school level.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization.
