She lives in a beautiful and well-adapted house in Oskarshamn, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The home is equipped with a car, which means a driver's license is required. Together with two personal assistants around the clock, she receives support in everything from personal hygiene and meals to participating in the small and large adventures of everyday life.

She enjoys walks, mushroom picking, doing puzzles, crafting, listening to music, and simply being in nature. As an assistant, you play an important role in finding fun, stimulating, and safe activities to do together with her.

She has a mental disability and can sometimes feel very unwell. Due to self-harming behavior, she cannot be left alone. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, responsible, and has a genuine commitment to working with people with mental health issues. Experience in similar work is an advantage, especially with self-harming behavior.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is empathetic, stable, and present
• Has good collaboration skills but also enjoys working independently
• Can work long shifts (around-the-clock service)
• Has experience or interest in working with mental disabilities
• Has a driver's license
