We are now looking for a teacher qualified to teach wood and metal crafts and another subject.

Your Responsibilities

The position involves working as a teacher for grades 3-6 in combination with possibly other subjects.

We work hard for broad goal fulfillment and an inclusive approach to all children. You should be structured and set frameworks for students' learning. You are also expected to be able to broaden your perspective and live up to the inclusive approach we have at the school, where we meet and take responsibility for the well-being of all children. In your teaching, you will use formative assessment and place great emphasis on adapting your teaching to all students' different needs.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching license qualified to teach wood and metal crafts for grades 3-6. You have also previously worked with students in need of support and have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

Relational work is central. It is important that you have a relational perspective. In relational learning, we create environments and teaching where students feel seen, and we develop individual adaptations and have positive expectations of the student. It is important in the role of teacher that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization.

To contribute to the good work at the school, it is important that you are solution-oriented and willing to develop, as only we set the limits for what we are and what we can become.
