The school in Nybro Municipality aims to provide every child and student with the best conditions for success. In Nybro Municipality, children, students, and guardians meet well-educated and engaged educators, teachers, principals, and staff who all strive to create a safe school environment with a focus on the quality of education. The culture aims to provide residents with good access to culture and strengthen cultural associations so they can conduct a wide range of cultural activities. The Learning and Culture Administration in Nybro Municipality runs preschools, preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, school-age childcare, high schools, and municipal adult education with SFI and special education for adults. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in a leisure home, you work according to a schedule, which may involve opening the leisure home on certain days and closing it on others. During school hours, you mainly assist in one of the classes as a resource. Depending on your qualifications, subject teaching may also occur. All qualified teachers in leisure homes have designated time in their schedule for planning lessons. Together with your team and other colleagues, you help build an engaging operation. You are proactive in the pedagogical work, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of the operation based on curriculum goals. You actively work with the operation's values to promote everyone's equal worth.
