As a Customer Success & Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our journey to improve oral health through modern digital solutions. The position is full-time and based in our bright and centrally located office in Östermalm, Stockholm.

Our mission is to improve oral health through the world's most engaging digital solutions for dental care. Clinic owners choose Muntra to streamline their operations, enhance patient experience, and improve care quality. We are primarily known for providing journal systems to dental clinics.

Your career at Muntra begins in our Customer Support Team. Here, you will assist our customers via:

• Phone

• Chat

• Email

• Digital meetings

After 6–8 months, and assuming you perform well in the role, you will have the opportunity to take the next step and become part of our Onboarding Team. In this role, you will act as a project manager and visit clinics primarily in Denmark to conduct training and provide practical support when they start working with Muntra.

We believe you possess several of the following:

• Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in the dental industry

• Experience working with Muntra

• Technically curious and interested in digital solutions in healthcare

• Good structure and attention to detail

• Able to solve complex problems through logical and creative thinking

• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships

• Adaptable and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment

• Humble, proactive, and motivated to develop every day

• Independent, responsible, and driven
