About the roleAs a Customer Success & Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our journey to improve oral health through modern digital solutions. The position is full-time and based in our bright and centrally located office in Östermalm, Stockholm.

Digital meetings
After 6–8 months, and assuming you perform well in the role, you will have the opportunity to take the next step and become part of our Onboarding Team. In this role, you will act as a project manager and visit clinics primarily in Denmark to conduct training and provide practical support when they start working with Muntra.
Your skillsWe believe you possess several of the following:
Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in the dental industry
Experience working with Muntra
Technically curious and interested in digital solutions in healthcare
Good structure and attention to detail
Able to solve complex problems through logical and creative thinking
Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
Adaptable and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
Humble, proactive, and motivated to develop every day
Independent, responsible, and driven
