About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and collaboration. As a member of our project and service center, you will be centrally located in the store to assist and guide customers. You will also help them pick up their pre-ordered items.

Examples of tasks

• Manage customer orders, special orders, and contractor services
• Order consumables
• Handle incoming emails/customer inquiries
• Administer financing solutions
• Monitor and manage customer orders
• Plan, book, and coordinate home deliveries for our customers

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent and experience in logistics work
• Organized and structured with the ability to prioritize your tasks
• Experience in customer service or other service experience
• Good administrative skills
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) is a plus

Working hours/Duration:

Permanent. Full-time 38.25 hours/week. Working hours are morning, evening, and every other weekend.
