Toppreno is a company that has been operating in the construction industry since 2011. A company that has been well-regarded from the start with various types of construction projects, including new construction, extensions, renovations, and bathroom remodels.

As a salesperson with us, you will play a crucial role in our continued success. You will engage both new and existing customers, create and follow up on quotes, and build long-lasting and strong relationships. You will work closely with our CEO to ensure that the transition from sales to project management goes smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Focus on sales calls via phone and home visits to sell construction and renovation services, inspections, and maintenance work.
• Writing quotes, structured follow-up of quotes.
• Maintain and update customer registers.
• Meet with customers to present our services and build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Prospect for new customers.
• Quote and close deals to achieve both profitability and occupancy goals.
• Create and nurture good relationships with prospects and customers.
• Ensure that activities and information are entered into the CRM system and booking system.
• Stay updated on current projects, news, and changes in the construction sector.
• Experience in construction projects, with a particular focus on residential renovations.
• Have an eye for detail and can deliver high-quality solutions.
• Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make quick, informed decisions.
• Proactive and self-driven in driving projects and identifying new business opportunities.
• Experience in similar tasks is an advantage.
• Experience with project planning tools and financial systems (e.g., Fortnox) is an advantage.
• Thrives in a dynamic work environment where you have significant responsibility and freedom.
• Driver's license B (required).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
