About the Company

The company is an exciting innovative business operating in the energy market. They have agreements with several major electricity players, allowing them to offer unique solutions to their customers. Each customer receives a tailored electricity contract based on their own consumption and needs. This way, they can offer the best contracts on the market.

About the Position

We are now looking for a team leader who can be responsible for approximately 5–10 salespeople. The job includes sales, coaching, training, and budget responsibility. You will primarily be responsible for meeting the budget but also for the training and development of your salespeople. You will work closely with other team leaders as a sales manager. Sales are conducted towards private individuals using the phone as a tool.

Qualifications

We expect you to have worked at least 6 months in sales previously. We are looking for someone who enjoys contacting new people, is driven, and likes to contribute with positive energy. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

You will receive both a fixed salary and commission based on your team's sales.
