We are now looking for our new Customer Communicator who will play a crucial role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving our development forward. Your main task will be to systematically collect and compile feedback from our valuable customers through outgoing phone calls. This is not a sales role with commission targets, but a strategically important function where you help us understand our customers' needs, wishes, and experiences.

In addition, you will also be part of our support team, where you assist customers with technical questions, order management, and simpler problem-solving related to our products and orders. You will be an important link between the customer, production, and other functions in the company, contributing to a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Call our existing customers to understand their experiences and thoughts about our products and services – our appreciated Peptalks.

• Document and structure customer feedback clearly and accurately.

• Analyze collected feedback to identify patterns and insights that can be translated into improvements.

• Collaborate with colleagues in production, marketing, and development to ensure the customer's voice reaches the right people.

• Work in our support and assist customers with technical questions regarding products, materials, and usage.

• Support in order management, for example by answering questions about orders, deliveries, and simpler adjustments.

Who are we looking for

• You are reliable, take initiative, and enjoy getting things done.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or call center – preferably with elements of technical support or order management.

• You have basic computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems.

• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• You are structured and enjoy having multiple points of contact.

• You like to work in a team with a relaxed atmosphere, lots of laughter, and a shared focus.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
