About the position

As an Account Manager with us, you will have a social role with many contact points; you will quickly become part of the team and work together with fantastic colleagues and engaged leaders from various departments internally. However, the most important thing will be to build relationships with your wonderful customers. How you develop your customers and business is up to you, but you can trust that we will provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Your team and your development

Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager. Our Team Managers are not only leaders; they are also mentors and coaches and do everything to give you the best conditions to succeed in your role. Job responsibilities

As an Account Manager with us, you will build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day for you in the role includes:

  • Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts at potential companies that have not collaborated with us before, but also among customers in our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute with perseverance, a “beat yesterday” spirit, and use your brainpower to achieve results.
  • Sales meetings: This is where the selling of our services takes place. This includes “cold calls” where you get to showcase your sales skills and establish new relationships with potential customers. You build good customer relations, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
  • Market monitoring: To strategically map our established customers' future needs. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
  • Handling complex business opportunities: As you gain more experience, handle prospects and customers with more complex business opportunities - for example, Talent Advisory, Framework Agreements, Upskilling, and Reskilling.

We are looking for someone who

We see that you have

  • Post-secondary education, such as a university or higher vocational training program, preferably in sales, business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales with successful results.
  • Experience working towards KPIs and challenging goals.
  • Experience in continuously working with customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.
  • Have a B driver's license.

Preferred experience

  • Started or run your own company.
  • Worked in sales within the staffing or consulting industry.
