Frödinge is a well-known Swedish brand with a strong market position and market-leading products within our categories. With roots in Småland and a close collaboration with our customers, we continuously work to develop and streamline our commercial practices.
As the business evolves and volumes increase, higher demands are placed on structure, accurate information, and well-functioning administrative processes. To support the sales organization and ensure order in our commercial flows, we are now looking for a Sales Coordinator with an administrative focus.
About the role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have a supportive and coordinating role in the daily work between sales, customer service, and supply chain. The role is operational and administrative by nature, focusing on ensuring that the right information is in the right systems and that commercial processes run smoothly.
You will report to the Commercial Manager at Frödinge.
Responsibilities
· Support the work with demand and forecast-related materials by collecting, compiling, and quality-assuring information from sales and customers
· Be the point of contact between sales, customer service, and supply chain regarding volumes, campaigns, and assortment changes
· Ensure that master data, item information, and price lists are correct and updated in business systems and customer portals
· Produce reports, compilations, and follow-ups related to sales and campaigns
· Administer sales tools and support KAM in their work with the sales force
· Participate in commercial processes such as budget work and price adjustments through administrative support
· Assist customer service and the organization with customer-related inquiries
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career. You may have a few years of work experience and an interest in the commercial aspect, analysis, and how numbers translate into business decisions. You see a future role in sales, for example as KAM, as a possible next step in the long term.
You are structured, meticulous, and enjoy administrative tasks. At the same time, you have an analytical mindset and like to work with data, follow-ups, and compilations. You work methodically, follow processes, and contribute to creating order and quality in daily work.
The role suits you who want to work closely with sales in an operational, administrative, and business-oriented role where you gradually build an understanding of customers, volumes, campaigns, and commercial flows.
We expect you to have:
· Post-secondary education in economics, logistics, or equivalent
· Experience in administrative work and/or working in business systems
· Good knowledge of Excel and Office 365
· Familiarity with working with compilations and analyses
· Interest in numbers, data, and commercial flows
· Ability to work in a structured, meticulous manner with good attention to detail
· Good collaboration skills and clear communication
· Very good Swedish and good English in speech and writing
Meritorious but not a requirement:
· Experience from FMCG or grocery retail
· Basic understanding of forecasting, demand, or S&OP work
· Experience with analysis and market data, such as Nielsen
· Basic understanding of forecasting or S&OP work
· Experience with Nielsen

The position is based in Stockholm. Travel to Frödinge, Vimmerby may occur.
