About the role

As a salesperson at Ballingslöv, you are a key person in our store and an important part of realizing customers' visions for their homes. You build long-term relationships, create tailored solutions, drive projects, and contribute to providing customers with an extraordinary experience.

Here are some of the tasks you will have:

• Contribute with a professional and positive attitude that makes both customers and colleagues feel seen, appreciated, and welcome. • Sell and design kitchens, bathrooms, and storage solutions according to Ballingslöv's sales process and methodology. • Actively work to exceed customer expectations by maintaining a close and personal dialogue with the customer throughout the purchasing journey. • Project manage and ensure that our customers receive the right solution in each project – from needs analysis and quotation to delivery and follow-up. • Administer sales by writing quotes, registering orders, and following up on deals. • Conduct home visits and follow-up visits, where you continue to be a trusted advisor for our customers. • Ensure high concept compliance by maintaining good order in the exhibition and store.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in sales, preferably in retail and experience in kitchen sales is an advantage. • Experience or knowledge in construction – something we highly value and see as a significant advantage. • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. • A driving license (B) is an advantage.

Job information

Employment type: Permanent full-time position. A probationary period applies. Salary: Fixed guaranteed salary and commission. Location: The store in Kungens Kurva, Huddinge. Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: Varying schedule based on store opening hours: Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sundays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Every other weekend is included in the working hours.
