Volkswagen Financial Services Sweden AB is looking for summer employees for our Customer Service to work during the summer of 2026.

We are a medium-sized organization, and our headquarters is located in Södertälje, just 30 minutes from Stockholm. We are looking for administrators for our various customer service departments that handle finance agreements and related additional services. Our customers include private individuals, companies, dealers, and other departments within the company, as well as sales and service functions of brand groups.

Responsibilities

  • Activation and termination of agreements, processing of extensions, transfers, contract changes, error lists, total losses, etc.
  • Mail handling, sending out invoice copies, registering direct debit, handling credit invoices, etc.
  • Answering questions from our customers and dealers primarily via email and chat, but possibly also by phone.

We are looking for someone who is 18 years or older and has at least a high school education, preferably ongoing university studies, and is interested in working during the summer and can also work extra as needed throughout the year. You need to be able to start part-time before the summer for training.

We prefer that you have a strong interest in customer service and administration. Previous work experience in customer service or administration, as well as in the finance or automotive industry, is an advantage. You should have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft 365, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

As a person, you place great value on meeting customers in a professional manner in all situations. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, cooperative, and easily take on new tasks. You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to prioritize and work independently in an organized and efficient manner.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline has passed.
