Job Advertisement: Sales Representative for Private Customers

Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work with:
- Prospecting and identifying new private customers
- Contacting potential customers via phone and email
- Qualifying leads and conducting basic needs analysis
- Booking meetings with relevant decision-makers
- Documentation and follow-up in CRM, Hubspot.
- If necessary: conducting simple sales dialogues and handing over to the responsible person for closure
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has a B driver's license
Has experience in sales and/or meeting booking
Is comfortable making first contact with new customers
Has good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
Is structured, goal-oriented, and used to working independently
Has good computer skills and can work effectively with digital tools
Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Previous work in telemarketing or lead generation
Experience in selling services in: roofing, construction, solar panel installation.
We offer basic training in roofing knowledge
Permanent employment, with the possibility of a permanent position after 6 months
Working hours
Mon-Fri approx. 40 hours/week. Compensation according to agreement (fixed, commission, or combination). Opportunity to contribute to growth and business development.
Salary
Fixed monthly or hourly salary, plus commission on all meetings that have led to a completed deal.
